THE RENTAL INFORMATION FRAUD EXCHANGE

Fraud found at one property.
Missed at the next.

Your leasing team shouldn’t have to discover the same fraud twice.

RIFE—the Rental Information Fraud Exchange—is being built for property management companies and owners of single-family rentals and multifamily communities. A reported fraud signal at one property can give the next leasing team a reason to look closer.

Connect activity across applications and self-guided tours, then review the supporting information before approving an application or granting access.

02 THE PROBLEM WITH GOING IT ALONE

Fraud moves.
Data doesn’t.

A flagged application can become a fresh start at the next property. Single-family and multifamily leasing teams may be looking at the same pattern in separate systems.

An industry-wide exchange changes that.

PARTICIPATING IN RIFE

How the exchange works.

A shared record is only useful when a leasing team knows what it means and how to act on it. Here is the intended approach—and what is still being defined before launch.

01

What would my team contribute?

RIFE is being designed around documented fraud signals from participating property management companies and owners. Contribution requirements, supporting evidence, and review standards are being defined for launch.

02

What would we receive in return?

The exchange is intended to give participating teams context from other properties when a signal matches. Membership and contribution requirements—including how reciprocity will work—will be published before access opens.

03

How does this fit our screening process?

RIFE is intended to add shared fraud context to your existing application and tour review process. Specific screening, property management, and tour integrations have not been announced.

04

Is this for our portfolio?

We are building for property management companies and owners of single-family rentals and multifamily communities. Portfolio requirements and early-access eligibility have not been announced.

05

What will it cost?

Pricing has not been announced. Join the waitlist for launch details, participation requirements, and early-access opportunities as they become available.
