Can I submit more than one appeal?+

You can submit one appeal every 7 business days for the same case. Include all relevant information in your initial appeal.

Which documents should I include?+

A clear copy of your driver’s license or passport, and any relevant lease agreements, payment receipts, utility bills, or correspondence that supports your case.

What if my appeal is denied?+

The response should explain the reason for the decision. Depending on the circumstances, additional information may support a later review.
